After a full career as a financial planner, business owner, author and CFP Board consumer advocate, Eleanor Blayney, MBA, CFP, recently retired. Nevertheless, she continues to pursue her passion for supporting women in need of financial guidance, and women in the financial planning profession. She supports the development efforts of the CFP Board Center for Financial Planning to raise money for programs supporting gender, racial and age diversity in the financial planning profession. Blayney and longtime friend and colleague Marjorie Fox are writing a book for women in retirement (scheduled for release in 2020).

Erin Botsford, CFP, is a former advisor and a 30-year veteran of the profession. She is passionate about seeing other financial advisors grow their businesses and succeed. A founder and CEO of FJY Financial LLC, Marjorie Fox, J.D., CFP, retired in 2018 after more than 30 years in the financial planning profession. Lauryn Williams, CFP, is a four-time Olympian, three-time Olympic medalist and the first American woman to medal in both the Summer and Winter Olympic Games. While pursuing professional sports, Williams interacted with two financial advisors that didn’t provide the services she needed. She asked friends what they were doing about their finances and the answers were vague and unsettling. Kathleen C. Chrisman is a chartered financial analyst (CFA) and has over 30 years of investment experience including equity (domestic and international) and fixed income portfolio management and securities analysis. She recently retired from the Investment Division for the ERS and TRS of Georgia. Kathy Keadle, CFEd, has been a financial planner/business owner for over 15 years. Lisa Kirchenbauer, is president of Omega Wealth Management, in Arlington, Va. She has been in the financial services industry since 1985 and is a CFP, Registered Life Planner and Certified Financial Transitionist. Kirchenbauer completed her life planning training in 2004 and has been implementing financial life planning since 2005 in her practice with a retainer and assets under management business model. She has served as a trainer and mentor for the Kinder Institute of Life Planning. She has been named a top financial advisor in the Washington, D.C. area since 2014.

Mary B. Heidi Khashabi Ridley, CFA, is a 29-year veteran of the asset management business. She recently co-founded Radiant ESG, a diverse, women-led, investment platform specializing in ESG-anchored portfolios and research for institutional investors and wealth managers. Ridley was the CEO of Rosenberg Equities, where under her leadership, Rosenberg Equities became one of the first ESG integrated quantitative managers. Ridley is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion. Carol Lee Roberts, CFP, CDFA, has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. As the director of the Office of Professional and Continuing Education at DePaul University, her Financial Planning Education Center had the third largest Financial Planning Certificate program in the country and also offered classroom courses for the CDFA.
